The wine bi.an.co is produced from the indigenous white grape varieties from Orvieto in Umbria, where viticulture dates back to Etruscan time. All grapes are grown in vineyards located in the production area of Orvieto Classico DOC and are exclusively obtained from selected grape clusters, hand picked at perfect ripeness and meticulously vinified.
