MONTEGIOVE PRODUCTS
HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
PRESS NEWS CONTACTS![]() | Gatto Gatto The
name of this wine is inspired by the medieval battlecry of the warlord
Gattamelata and of his garrison, who took possession of the Castle of
Montegiove during the late XV century. Gatto Gatto is produced from a
blend of the traditional Umbrian varieties Sangiovese and Montepulciano
and is Mis en Bouteille au Château. It is a young wine with a
fresh and fruity character, brilliant ruby red colour with purple hues
and it appears vividly fragrant yet also suave and enveloping. It
compliments most culinary occasions and does not require strict
matching. To be served with hors d’oeuvres, cheese, cured meat, first
dishes, poultry and fowl. Luca Maroni – Annuario dei
migliori vini Italiani 2012: 85/99 (superior quality)
