The charming and completely restored 13th century guest house of the castle - later partially used as olive mill – has been transformed into a luxurious country house with  spacious two-storey apartments, located at the ring wall of  the castle. Intimate, comfortable and furnished with impeccable style, the apartments embrace guests with a warmly atmosphere making them feel completely at ease. The tranquillity, the scenery, the service and the whole ambience of the Estate allows you to enjoy the grace and beauty of a fabulous holiday in Italy. The two apartments – “Moraiolo” and “Leccino” - are equipped with satellite televisions, high-speed-internet connections, independent heating, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities. The apartments are furnished in the traditional style of an Italian manor house with an elegant combination of antique and modern furniture. The tastefully-decorated bedrooms have quality linen, mattresses and winter duvets. The two gardens have dinning areas, comfortable deck chairs and both have a beautiful view over the valley. A 4 by 12 meters salt water infinity pool with the most spectacular view over the valey and a sun deck with sun beds is provided exclusively for our guests.

MORAIOLO

The ground floor is composed of a large living-dinning room with open fireplace and library, a kitchen with access to a small patio, a master double bedroom with view over the valley and a spacious bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of a long hall, two double bedrooms one with a beautiful view over the valley, the other with French windows pointing towards the castle. A well-designed modern bathroom with marble sink, bath tub and shower.

LECCINO
155 m², 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room,
sleeps: 4 + 3 extra beds (sofa bed in living room and alcove bed)
The first floor is composed of an entrance hall, two well-equipped double bedrooms, one with a view over the valley the other towards the castle, a modern bathroom (shower and bath tub), a double living room with open fireplace and library. The ground floor is composed of a large and light kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden, a small storage room, a bathroom (with shower), and a charming landing on the way up to the first floor with an alcove bed.

Weekly rates from Saturday to Saturday per apartment.

1. of November to 30 April:    1500 Euro*
    *exceptions: weeks of Easter, Christmas and New-year  

Payment terms:
At reservation, 50% of rent, one monthe before arrival remaining rent (bank wire transfer or paypal)

At arrival:            Caution payment € 200. 
At departure:       Balance 
Arrival:                From 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Saturday. 
Departure:           Until 10.00 a.m. Saturday.
